Case Study
We were looking for a creative way to engage with the team while they were required to work remotely with Rachel. We discussed our requirement for additional support for employee’s well-being. She designed a series of sessions and personally joined the Company Town Halls to facilitate the training. These sessions included ‘Effective Remote Working’, ‘Feeling Overwhelmed’, and ‘Building Effective Relationships’. The sessions were run as a combination of ‘all’ company presentations and break out groups. The feedback from employees was excellent and they appreciated being provided with the tools to successfully adapt to a new way of working. – ITC Secure
